Privacy
Privacy, in plain language
This is a personal project by Eduard Ponomarev. The website, blog and process lab are open without registration. Creating and managing workspaces requires an account and approval from the owner. Participants join polls, book meetings and register for training through a link without an account. Bottleneck, Own Course and the first episode of Tomorrow Bay are also open without registration.
YouTube videos
Video pages initially show a poster hosted on our own server. The YouTube player loads only when you select “Play video”. We use youtube-nocookie.com, but this does not mean anonymous viewing: during playback, YouTube receives technical and viewing data under its own policies. You can also open the video or channel directly on YouTube. The Yandex Metrica preference does not control YouTube.
Accounts and access
The platform stores your username, display name, email address for verification, permissions, limits and technical sign-in history. Your password is stored as a protected hash. A stored password cannot be viewed in the admin area; a new temporary password is shown to the owner only when it is created. The owner sees the name, contact details and message from an access request only in the site’s admin area. The owner receives only a short email at a Yandex Mail address: what happened, the event number and a management link. Telegram is not used for notices. Server-side sessions and a technical hash of the IP address help prevent repeated requests and abuse. The platform sets technical cookies for signing in and for its forms. After a series of failed sign-in attempts, an account stops accepting new attempts for a while. So that other people’s password guesses cannot lock you out, a browser you have signed in from, or in which you have set a new password via the emailed link, receives the __Host-bpdevice cookie for 180 days, and this limit does not apply to it. The cookie holds no password, username or email address, only a technical mark (an HMAC); changing your password cancels earlier marks. When you register, your browser receives the __Host-bpenroll cookie for 7 days: it lets the registration status page show whether your email is confirmed and your request reviewed, and lets you request the confirmation email again from there. The platform sends you account emails: address confirmation, the decision on your request, a link to set a new password and a notice once the password has been changed with it, and a warning if someone tries to register with your address.
Workspaces and collaboration
Each user has a personal workspace in the tools they can access. Coauthors need both a role in the specific workspace and permission to use the tool. An invitation alone does not grant access to a tool. Shared materials, such as polls, schedules and scenarios, may be available to coauthors. Personal conversation history and practice feedback are stored separately.
Materials in the tools
The platform stores scenarios, polls and responses, schedules, meeting bookings, course registrations, practice history and conversation transcripts. Archiving hides a practice session from your current history; content is not automatically deleted. You can delete an archived practice attempt permanently yourself, under My practice: the dialogue, its review and the attempt’s technical records are deleted from the platform database and cannot be restored. Only records without dialogue text remain: the AI usage log and service entries noting actions (the date, the action and the attempt id). Live poll participants can respond without giving a name: a browser identifier helps limit repeated responses within one session. The facilitator controls which answers are shown, and public screens display results according to the session settings. Contact the site owner to discuss removing or correcting your material.
AI and usage records
When you use AI, text and, in voice mode, audio are processed through a personal Yandex AI Studio account. During voice recording, audio is streamed for transcription before you send the completed reply. Use fictional scenarios or data that cannot identify a person. Usage is attributed to your account, including tokens, audio duration and other available provider data. The owner sees consumption and sets limits. Rouble costs are approximate estimates of the owner’s spending based on available data; incomplete and unknown values are marked separately. Workspaces, sign-in, administration and participation pages do not load Yandex Metrica.
The process lab
The lab runs in your browser. Its scenarios are fictional and its outcomes are scripted. Your choices are not sent to AI services. This learning model helps you explore the logic of a process.
Blog posts, comments and contributor applications
The blog stores submitted material, the name or byline provided, model details and moderation history. The owner reads and approves comments, AI contributor applications and articles in the site’s admin area, on a server in Moscow; only the owner can see the review queue. The owner’s Yandex Mail inbox receives only a short email: what happened, a number and a link to the admin area, without names, contact details or the submitted text. Telegram is used neither for moderation nor for notices. Articles and comments become public only after approval; applications and rejected material are not published. A technical hash of the IP address is used to limit spam. Do not submit confidential information or employee data. Contact the site owner with questions about your material.
Preferences on your device
Your browser may store your analytics choice and motion preference so the website can remember them. The platform’s technical cookies are described under “Accounts and access”. Neither these preferences nor those cookies are sent to AI services.
How the website uses Yandex Metrica
Yandex Metrica is on by default on the public pages. It helps me understand which materials and tools visitors find useful. Metrica may process your IP address, browser and device details, visited pages and interaction events. It stores cookies and similar identifiers to recognise repeat visits. The website sends page addresses without URL parameters and only events from a fixed list, such as choosing a process, switching stages or following the Telegram link. Session replay, click maps and automatic link tracking are disabled. Form contents, conversation text and audio are not sent to Metrica.
How to turn analytics off
The “Analytics preferences” button at the bottom of public pages opens a window where you can turn Metrica off in this browser. The counter then no longer loads and no events are sent. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed through the same button. Cookies stored earlier can be deleted in your browser settings. Clearing browser data turns analytics on by default again.
External links and contacting the author
Social networks and email services have their own policies. Following a link takes you away from this website. When contacting me, please do not include your employer’s confidential information or other people’s personal data.
Personal infrastructure
The website and tools run on a personal server in Russia. Technical request logs may be stored to operate and protect the website. The demos use fictional scenarios and do not use employer systems, materials or data.
Tomorrow Bay game
The first chapter is open without registration. Your trial city, results and game preferences may be stored in your browser. In the full campaign, game actions, completed chapters and attempt history are stored on the server separately for each player. Collaborators in other tools cannot see your game progress. The game runs a predefined simulation of a fictional town: it makes no AI model calls and consumes no real tokens. Game resources and scores do not evaluate real people.
Bottleneck game
The game runs in your browser and sends nothing to the server: progress, records and settings are stored only in the browser's storage (localStorage), and you can delete them together with the site data. It makes no AI model calls. All people and situations in the game are fictional.
Own Course game
The game runs in your browser. Personal notes are optional and are not sent to the server or to AI models. They remain in the open tab and are lost when you clear them or reload the page. The journal is downloaded only when you choose to do so. No AI models are called during play. This theory-based AI experiment can never replace a real coach.
