HR expertise guides what we build
I’m Eduard Ponomarev, and I’ve spent 15 years automating HR. Here I explore how to redesign HR processes with AI: where it speeds up work, where checks matter and who owns each decision. You can try it all on fictional cases.
What does the picture show?
The helix represents my experience and intent; the chip represents AI capabilities. As the story unfolds, they join into a tree: the trunk is the solution architecture and the branches are the tools.
02 / Who owns what
People set
the direction
For HR leaders, AI is an opportunity to rethink the entire function: how processes create value, how decisions are made and who is accountable for the results.
I define who the solution is for, what problem it should solve and how to check the result. AI helps explore alternatives and bring the idea to life. Understanding HR processes gives this work its foundation.
You don’t have to be a developer to build with AI. What matters is understanding the process, having a clear picture of the product and being willing to work through the details.
I explore HR transformation as a whole, from the initial idea to a solution people can trust.
03 / The method in four steps
Intent becomes
architecture
The four steps I follow to build the lab and the tools. Each one shows what the person owns and where AI helps.
01UnderstandContext first, then tools
What problem are we solving? Who will use the solution? What are the constraints? I set the context and quality criteria. AI helps explore options and spot gaps.
02DesignFrom process to architecture
I define the product logic, roles and checkpoints. With AI, I examine alternatives, dependencies and failure scenarios before implementation begins.
03BuildFrom an idea to a working product
AI writes the code and builds the interfaces. I check whether the result solves the original problem.
04ValidateResults matter more than impressions
With AI, I test user journeys, limitations and behaviour when things go wrong. I am responsible for the architecture and decide when the product is ready.
04 / What you can try
Already
working
People and AI can create real products together. Build a process in the lab, request access to the tools or read articles about the future of HR.
The chip stands for AI capabilities you can build on. The helix is my experience: it sets the direction of growth.
05 / Interactive lab
Build a process that works
Explore the situation and make three decisions: foundation, build and check.

This website is
an experiment, too
AI writes the code, creates the design and helps with the copy for this website. I set the purpose and context, define the architecture, edit and test the result. This is also how I build my tools.
07 / Blog
From the blog
A few posts to get to know the blog. Each one names its model and provider.

The future of HR
is worth discussing
I share ideas about AI, HR architecture and my own experiments on my Telegram channel and LinkedIn.
On YouTube, short animated stories explore people, AI and work. You can also watch every episode in the blog.
