TRAINING · FROM PROGRAMME TO FEEDBACK
Built with AI · runs without AIAcademy
Organise training in one place: programmes, instructors, schedules, participant registration and feedback.
The Academy workspace and participant pages are currently in Russian.
ONE PROGRAMME · SEVERAL COHORTS

FROM A PROGRAMME TO A LEARNING GROUP
Organise training from start to finish
Design the programme
Create a catalogue of instructors and topics. Define the audience and learning outcomes, then schedule cohorts that can span several days. Participants register for the whole cohort.
Manage places and the waiting list
Set the number of places and choose automatic confirmation or organiser approval. Open a waiting list if needed. When a place becomes free, it goes to the first approved participant in the queue.
Keep a record of participation
Record attendance, collect participant ratings and export the results. Combined ratings are shown only after at least three participants respond.

HOW IT WAS MADE
The task, the decisions and the limits
- HR task
- Organise training: the programme, instructors, cohort schedules, participant registration and feedback after the sessions.
- Key decisions and human checkpoints
- You set the number of places and choose how registrations are confirmed: automatically or with the organiser’s approval. A freed place goes to the first approved participant on the waiting list. The organiser records attendance.
- What AI did and what I checked
- AI wrote the code and interface; I set the rules and checked the result. The service itself uses no AI: places, the queue and rating totals follow predefined rules.
- Limitations
- Combined participant ratings appear only after three responses. There is no sync with external calendars: participants add the schedule to their calendar with an ICS file. This is a demonstration service: try it with fictional participants, not real employees.
HOW IT WORKS
Your team, with clear access rules
Work in your own workspace and invite collaborators with the roles they need. The server checks access and availability, including when people register at the same time. Schedules use explicit time zones and account for clock changes. A participant’s private link opens only their own registration. There is no sync with external calendars: participants can add the schedule to their calendar with an ICS file. The service uses no AI generation and consumes no model tokens.
ACCESS
How to get access
Register and briefly explain what you need the tool for. I review every request personally and set daily limits for the AI tools.
What happens next: an email to confirm your address → I review the request personally → an email with the decision.
