AN OPEN EXPERIMENT

AI inside

Conversation practice

Practise difficult HR conversations with AI: text or voice role-play, feedback on your words and custom scenarios.

Example conversation
AI role-play partner

I put a lot of effort into this. Why are you unhappy with the result?

Your next move

Clarify expectations first, then explore where they differ from the result.

Questions for reflection

What did you hear? Which facts support your view? What could help the conversation move forward?

PRACTISE · REFLECT · TRY AGAIN

Rehearse, reflect, try a different approach

01

Choose a situation

Use a fictional HR scenario or create your own. Define the roles, context and criteria. Each attempt keeps the scenario version you started with.

02

Practise the conversation

Practise by text or voice. Choose an AI role-play partner to rehearse the conversation, or an AI coach to explore your approach.

03

Review your own words

AI feedback refers to specific turns and the scenario’s criteria. Return to previous attempts to reflect on your words and decide what to try next.

HOW IT WAS MADE

The task, the decisions and the limits

HR task
Prepare for a difficult conversation: feedback, workload, competing priorities or an AI pilot. The library has six fictional situations, and you can write your own.
Key decisions and human checkpoints
You choose the situation and the mode: role-play or coach. The review draws only on your own replies and the scenario’s criteria, with no scores and no judgement of your personality. What to say in the real conversation is up to you.
What AI did and what I checked
AI wrote the code and interface, and in use it plays the other person and drafts the review. I set the architecture and checked the result. The server, not the model, inserts the quotes in the review, taken verbatim from your replies.
Limitations
AI feedback can be wrong. Use fictional situations only. A voice attempt is shorter than a text one: up to 3 minutes and 6 replies.

HOW IT WORKS

Feedback grounded in the conversation

Text and voice use Yandex AI Studio through my personal cloud account. The role-play partner, coach and feedback have separate tasks. Feedback refers to your words and the scenario criteria, but an AI assessment can be mistaken. Your practice history is private, including from workspace collaborators. Usage is recorded against your account; missing provider data is marked as unknown. Use fictional or anonymised situations for practice. Provider: Yandex AI Studio ↗
